The IRWIN Record plastic pipe cutter has a unique "V" 
shaped blade which allows for off-centre motion which reduces 
tube deformation. The "V" shaped blade also gives greater cutting 
pressure with less effort making it easier to use. 
The sliding motion of this specially hardened steel blade means 
that it is sharpened every time a cut is made. It is used on 26mm 
plastic pipes, whereas the IRWIN Record THPC166 can be used on 
plastic tubes up to 67mm and also provides telescopic arm for easy 
adjustment.
